Great Package and Web Design for Firefly
So as I do pretty much every day of my life. I search the web for inspirational designs. Today I stumbled across an amazing website for a drink company called Firefly. They are located in London, UK and I have never tried their drinks so do not ask. But I am impressed and love their website. As you can see they use a a wood plank background and module boxes to hold the content. The maroon like color of the navigation and logo module goes well with the wood background. The navigation is well laid out and is not obtrusive to the visitor. They have well place images helping the visitor with placing their company and product. The whole website in itself is well thought out and showcases the look and feel that their company is trying to generate to the visitor. A local drink company with an appeal to a country style of pleasantry and a feeling of all natural drink selection. Not going to lie after perusing this website I want to try one of these drinks. I am going to go with Pomegranate and Echinacea + Rosehip and Chilli.
Also the package design for the drinks is fantastic! They have a very country simple feel to them that makes me happy for it is very minimal. No crazy graphics or swirls adorn these bottles. Just a cleverly placed black and white photograph of someone doing something active. Once again that feeling of all natural and simple country pleasantry shows through on their packaging design.
I am beyond impressed with this whole layout and design of not only the website but also the packaging of the bottles. This is an intelligent design!
